The Unexpected Cookies bakery is a family owned company, run by the Paine sisters, Fran G. and Margie. Fran knew her passion would always be with something hands on and dreamed about working at a bakery. After Margie completed culinary school in 2013, they decided to roll out delicious cookies and pastries. By 2018, they had orders coming in by the dozens, so they moved out of their home kitchen and started the Unexpected Cookies bakery.
